Synced Up Designs offers custom Indoor Percussion shows, custom Marching Band shows, and any other services pertaining to the marching arts.

How to Order


HOW TO ORDER FROM THE CATALOG

  1. Choose your product. Fill in the contact form to receive an online order/estimate form. 

  2. Once you have all info filled in, just close the tab and email to sales@syncedupdesigns.com.

  3. You will receive an email confirming your order and to set up payment.

  4. A complete estimate will be given that will include shipping.

  5. A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to start the ordering process. We accept PO#'s, check, or online payment with 3.5% fees.

  6. Expect 6 week delivery date from the initial deposit and art approval.

  7. Full payment must be received before we ship. 

 

HOW TO ORDER CUSTOM PRODUCTS

  1. Fill out the form for custom work to receive an order/estimate form. Be sure to be as specific as possible. For sizing info, check out the sizing guide from the custom page. 

  2. You will receive an email regarding your needs and will set up a phone call or video conference to discuss the design further.

  3. A complete estimate will be given that will include shipping.

  4. A non-refundable deposit of 20% is required for custom work. Deposit is applied to total bill.

  5. Once design and artwork is approved, expect a 6 week delivery date.

  6. Full payment must be received before we ship.
